Writing Postcards to Voters Has Proven Successful in Getting Democrats and Independents to VOTE.
Once again our group will be writing postcards at Shady Ladies Art Studio located at S. 8th Street, Fernandina Beach. We will meet every Thursday at 3:00 pm.
For the mid-term elections we will be writing postcards for Tony The Democrat, Commit to Democracy, Postcards to Swing States,
Field Team6 and perhaps others prior to the primaries.
After the primaries we will focus on writing postcards to Nassau County Democrats, Independents, and NPAs (no political party) for the mid-term elections.
For those who prefer to write from home, cards and addresses will be available to pick up at Shady Ladies Art Studio on Thursdays only, from 11am to 4pm.
You may park anywhere in the parking lot except the three spaces in front of Fairy Tails dog grooming.

Who We Are
Amelia Postcard Writers is a local grassroots group of volunteers working to save our democracy one handwritten postcard at a time mailed to registered voters nation wide and in Nassau County, FL.
It is crucial for our democracy that voters understand what is really at stake in this election. The stark truth is that if Republicans/MAGA again win control of Congress this could well be the death toll for our democracy, our Constitution and any possibility for fair elections.
It is that serious.
Voters will choose between democracy or authoritarianism.

Information for Volunteers
Postcards and required messages will be provided for our postcard writers at Shady Ladies Art Studio, whether you prefer to stay and write with us or pick up postcards and messages to take home.
Team members with like-minded friends can invite them to join us. Just send your friend’s name and email address to info@ameliapostcardwriters.org.
Donations Needed
Our group depends on donations to cover the considerable expense for thousands of postcard stamps (now 61 cents each!).
This year we have an anonymous donor who will help with some of our expenses. In addition, we will once again “pass the hat” for donations at the Thursday meetings .
